Located in a central location of Ipoh along Jalan Tambun, Sculpt Fitness is a small boutique style fitness studio specializing in strength and interval style classes like Fit HIIT, Quick Core, ABT Fix, Bodyweight Tabata, TRX Circuit, Strong by Zumba and more. There are very few TRX classes in Ipoh but fret not, you can always come to Sculpt Fitness where you will learn to workout using your bodyweight against the pull of gravity. TRX is conducted by Fay Eu.For a boost of cardio, they also offer Athletic Step, CardioDance, Step Lite and Zumba. Not forgetting stretch and flow, Yoga classes and Pilates are available too.

Another popular signature class at Sculpt Fitness is CardioDance. *Fun fact: Suraya Elland Yusoff is one of the pioneers of strength training classes in Ipoh 11 years ago. She is a certified trainer under ACHPER (Australian Council for Health, Physical Education and Recreation).

X-BlastA 45 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) consists of strength and cardio workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses Barbell, weight plate, resistance bands and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
X-MoveA fusion of different freestyle equipment exercises carried out in a group which uses a combination of body weight and equipment to put you through your paces.
X-H.I.I.TA 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout combines a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. Joel sets different themes once a month for his classes, pictured above is the 70s Retro.
The double-storey building is big enough to house 3 studios for yoga, spinning class and group exercise. X-tive also has a big compound not only for car parking but it is also a playground for training. Those who prefer working out at their own pace, can choose to work from the machines on the ground floor.
