Deepavali Hampers for The Needy

Dato’ Chang Ko Youn, Perak Menteri Besar Adviser cum Patron of Kelab Anak Malaysia, gave out food hampers to the needy at the Ipoh Amanjaya Meru Bus Terminal in conjunction with the Deepavali celebration on November 16. A total of 100 recipients received food hampers.  According to Dato’ Chang, this function was organised in the spirit of sharing and giving.

He also said that the Barisan Nasional government had the welfare of the people at heart and various social development were implemented to improve the lot of the people especially in Perak.  The function was also attended by Ong Teng Boon, Kelab Anak Malaysia National Chairman; Peter Choong Shean Yang, Ipoh City Councillor; Cheong Peak Sooi, Executive Director, Perak Transit Berhad and members of Kelab Anak Malaysia.
