The workshop which was conducted by laughter guru Jeya Jeyaratnam was well attended by its members.
According to club President Dato’ Daniel Tay the purpose of the workshop was to introduce an alternative and fun exercise for its members.
The saying “Laughter is the best Medicine” might have its merits as research has shown.
That laughter can lower blood pressure, encourage better sleep and even tone up stomach muscles. So keep on laughing.
