Hari Raya at BBSK

The one word that best describes Bandar Baru Sri Klebang (BBSK) is “multi-ethnicity”. Having residents of various races and beliefs, living harmoniously in one housing complex, reflects the true Malaysian identity. It is racial diversity at its best.

Unity is crucial in every neighbourhood, regardless where one lives. BBSK not only practices but preaches this maxim by organising events for specific festive seasons to promote and inculcate goodwill among the residents.

Since Hari Raya Aidilfitri is just around the corner, BBSK will hold a Hari Raya open house on Sunday, July 17. To make the occasion meaningful, a tree-planting event will be held concurrently. The half-day programme lasts from 9am till midday will be organised within the Aspen show-house precinct. The developer has been celebrating Hari Raya continuously for the past three years.

Activities on the cards include ketupat making, inai drawings and lucky draws. Some 300 saplings have been sourced for the tree-planting event. Residents will plant them within the housing complex, as a continuation of BBSK’s on-going Green Footprint project.

The celebration is open to the general public, including non-residents. All are welcome to participate in the greening programme. Bring your parents, children and friends. Let us all have a fun day at BBSK.

As in all housing developments, there is a 30 percent allocation for Bumiputera buyers. Take time off this Hari Raya to look for your dream home at BBSK. And to help you make that choice, the company is offering an attractive Hari Raya package – a 15-percent rebate, on completed Ivy and Berry units at Strand Park.

Ivy, a double-storey link home, sits on 22’x75’ lot while Berry, also a double-storey link home, occupies a 24’x75’ lot. Both these tastefully-designed homes are completed and ready for occupation. The units are located within a 24-hour guarded community with perimeter fencing and CCTV cameras.

Ivy and Berry are very convenient for residents, as both are easily accessible. In fact, during leisure time, residents can take a relaxing walk along the pathways. A bicycle ride past the public driving range will take you to The Centro, a community clubhouse that is equipped with a 25-metre swimming pool, tennis courts, a gymnasium and a café.

Other amenities within striking distance include SMJK (C) Poi Lam, expected to be completed in October this year and AEON Klebang, a much-sought-after shopping mall.
