Ban Hoe Seng (Auto) Sdn Bhd sparks up with a new corporate office which was unveiled on Wednesday, September 20 in an intimate gathering of its staff. With its existing salesroom and a showroom just downstairs, the latest space is located at 14 Jalan Raja Permaisuri Bainun, 30250 Ipoh.
Upon entrance, one will be greeted with a striking exposed ceiling lined with metallic accents throughout, a modern use of linear lighting fixtures and plenty of glass window panels for natural light penetration and view.
“This single floor could accommodate up to 40 people. It is built on the idea that there are hot seats (hot desking) for colleagues from our different groups that need to hold a meeting here in town. It also serves as permanent spaces for HR and accounts at the other side,” Dato’ Lim Si Boon, the chairman of Bonanza Venture Holdings Sdn Bhd (BVH) told Ipoh Echo.
When asked on the theme of the new corporate office, Lim explained, “Very industrial with an open concept, piloting along co-working spaces. An effort to breathe new life into a famous and older pretty building in Ipoh which is the Fairmont Hotel, we are making the place more hip by bringing in more light and colour.”
Over 3000 square feet, among the facilities here include a pantry, a big and smaller meeting rooms.
During the launch, the space was spread out with food galore, crafted by the Dome Restaurant of Meru Valley Resort.
Also present was Ignatius Chew, Ban Hoe Seng founder’s grandson.
