As a reward for all loving parents, Heritage Hotel, Ipoh is offering a mouth-watering buffet high-tea on Sunday, June 15 between 1 pm to 4.30 pm at Polo Café on the occasion of Father’s Day.
Spoil your Father with a sumptuous spread prepared by the hotel’s chefs. This year the executive chef will introduce some new and appealing dishes such as chicken and mushroom terrine, marinated glass noodle, Thai-style salad, Swiss barley cream soup and many more. According to senior chef de partie, Yusri Zabidi, the signature dish for both buffets is the tasty grilled chicken chop with special barbecue sauce.
For those with a sweet tooth pastry chef, Henry Hong will prepare over 20 selections of pastries and desserts. They get to savour chocolate nut fudge and chocolate praline on the dessert list.
