Property, IT, Automobile and Furniture Exposition

Visitors to the first exposition for the year will be in for a treat as they will get to enjoy massive discounts not only on properties, but also furniture, automobile and IT (Information Technology) products. The event will be held at Stadium Indera Mulia, Ipoh, from February 6 to 8, from 10 am to 10 pm daily.

Touted to be the greatest 4-in-1 combo exposition, it is surely an event not to be missed. Organised by Team Keris Berhad (TKB), some 30 different types of properties will be showcased. These are all developed by TKB, the biggest property developer in Perak. To date, TKB has 58 projects under its belt, both completed and on-going.

Projects that will be made available, encompassing residential, commercial and industrial, include Times Square Ipoh, The Suites (Small Office Versatile Office), Ipoh South Precinct, Treetops Residency Condominiums, Waterfront in Sungai Siput, Batu Gajah Sentral, shop lots in Jelapang, food court stalls and industrial units in Menglembu, to name a few.

Said TKB Director of Sales and Marketing Chong Sook Fun, “Prices begin from as low as RM98,800 for commercial properties and from RM198,800 for residential units. As an initiative by TKB to encourage property ownership, particularly among Bumiputera visitors, buyers will enjoy up to 15 per cent discount on properties, which translates to a discount of up to RM276,000 per property. This discount is the highest in the market and is only valid during the duration of the expo only.”

To sweeten the deal, purchasers will also enjoy free legal fees on the Sales and Purchase Agreement and other goodies.

Besides the central attraction of TKB properties, half the exhibition floor space is taken up by furniture exhibitors, while IT vendors, 21 booths. Automobile brands to note are Subaru and Volkswagen where the latest and newest models will be displayed.

Other exhibitors of modest scale are Koperasi Usahanita Perak who will be offering Muslimah wear, and Erlina Touch, a wedding planner.

The exposition, to be launched on Saturday, February 7 at 11am by Executive Councillor, Dato’ Zainol Fadzi Paharudin, is also an opportunity to celebrate  the coming Chinese Lunar New Year. Therefore, there will be a spectacular fireworks display on the second day of the exposition at 10pm. It is expected to last for ten minutes.

Auto enthusiasts will be interested to know that a custom Jeep, a classic off-road vehicle, will also be put up for auction at a starting bid of only RM45,000. Bids will be accepted from the start of the exhibition and the successful bidder will be announced at the close of it, at 9pm.

Those with a minimum purchase of RM200 in a single receipt will be eligible to enter into a lucky draw for a chance to win attractive prizes such as an Apple iPhone 6, a 44-inch Samsung LED television set, a Xiaomi smartphone and more. The draw will be held on Sunday, February 8, at 9.15pm. Winners have to be present during the draw to claim their prizes.

This Greatest Property, IT, Automobile and Furniture Exposition is expected to attract 200,000 visitors over these three days. Admission is free-of-charge. All are welcome.
