Clearwater Lakeside Restaurant is organising a Ramadan buffet beginning Thursday, June 18 to Friday, July 17 at buka puasa time from 7pm to 9pm.
“We’ve a theme every year. For this 19th year, our theme is “Ramadan Bazaar” and we’ve priced it at RM10 per head on the first day,” said Narendra Maniam @ Narin, the Director of Food and Beverage cum Culinary Operation to Ipoh Echo.
Led by Executive Head Chef, Chef Som and Sous Chef, Chef Nor, the buffet items which include Kambing Golek (grilled lamb), Cucur Udang (prawn fritters), Laksa Kampung, Bubur Lambuk (beef porridge) and Air Batu Campur (mixed ice) are rotated daily with a minimum of 100 dishes per day on this auspicious month.
Prices for this buffet dinner are fixed at RM31 for adult and RM25 for children below 12 years of age and those above 60 years. Children below six and those above 80 can dine free of charge.
The restaurant can easily take 400 paxs. The view from the terrace is simply stupendous. Like they say, seeing is believing.
