It was a night of energetic dance moves, appreciation and merriment as Energiser Group of Companies celebrated its 25th anniversary with a gala dinner at the Kinta Riverfront Hotel recently. Employees who have been with the company for as long as 20 years were duly recognised.
Besides the explosive hip hop, hypnotic belly dance and live band with powerful vocals, the highlight of the night was the midget dance skit put up by the staff. Then the multi-lingual and multi-talented Louis, who has performed all over the world, kept the audience in stitches with his impersonation of famous singers and his countless wig-changes during his hour-long show.
The night culminated with a lucky draw in which the grand prize winner took home a condominium unit worth RM450,000 at its flagship project, SEGi Enclave in Menglembu, Ipoh.
KK Chang, Managing Director cum CEO of Energiser Group of Companies told Ipoh Echo, “Like a ship, the voyage never ends. We’re ready to face whatever there is in the ocean, as we forge ahead.”
Formed in 1990, Energiser Group is a diversified player in the construction industry. Presently it is developing two major projects, namely SEGi Enclave in Menglembu and EduCity at Seri Iskandar with a joint gross development value of about RM2.5 billion.
The SEGi University campus is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2016 while the UCSI University, the anchor brand institution of the EduCity, is expected to be ready by the end of 2017.
