In conjunction with World Diabetes Day, Kinta Medical Centre and Lions Club of Ipoh jointly organised a Health Awareness Campaign at Good Shepherd Family Home, Buntong Ipoh on November 14.
The objective of the event is to raise awareness of the importance of early detection and awareness about diabetes. In addition, the hospital provided free blood pressure and blood glucose tests for over 100 men and women.
