IPOH – Perak Police Chief, Dato’ Sri Mohd Yusri Hassan showed off his skills when his team, Team Alpha emerged as champions in the 2023 Perak Police Chief Shooting Skills Test together with Department Heads and Perak PDRM District Police Chiefs.
The other members of the team are Superintendent Mohd Hasni Mohd Nasir who is also the Muallim District Police Chief; ASP Saiful Irwan Mohd Ali (IPD Kampar) and ASP Wan Roszaman Wan Harun, (IPD Muallim).
The shooting skills test took place yesterday at the Target Range of the Perak Police Contingent Headquarters, Jalan Padang Tembak, Ipoh.
The contested events are Center Fire and Falling Plate using a CZ P10 C type automatic pistol.
It aims to give exposure and shooting training to senior IPK officers especially officers involved with the task of using firearms more practically and skillfully.
Meanwhile, Team Bravo was joined by Deputy Chief of Police Perak, Dato’ Pahlawan Azizi Mat Aris in second place.
Joining his team was the Superintendent Mohd Husni Manaf (Deputy Head of the Perak Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department) as well as DSP Roshaya Mat Isa and ASP Andik Nurraha Abd Razak from the Perak Criminal Investigation Department.
Meanwhile, for the Individual Fire Center category, the champion is Kampar District Management Division Chief, ASP Saiful Irwan Mohd Ali.
The second and third places fall to ASP Wan Roszaman Wan Harun and Superintendent Mohd Husni Manaf.
