IPOH – The city of Ipoh once again became the focus when it was chosen to be the location for National Landscape Day (HLN) 2023 which starts today till Sunday at Laman Sejahtera, Taman DR Seenivasagam.
The highlight is tomorrow when the opening ceremony will be completed by the Prime Minister, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim at 9 am.
Interesting activities will be held throughout the three days of the event such as landscape exhibitions and sales, green city forums and flower demonstrations.
Also commanding the celebration are coffee parties and food trucks, semi-acoustic buskers, cultural and community activities, folk sports and more.
The City Melody event is also held in conjunction with the Year of Visiting Ipoh tomorrow night at the same location.
On Sunday, there will be a Fun Walk @ National Landscape Day starting at 8 am.
Citizens of Ipoh should not miss the opportunity to attend en masse to enliven the celebration.
Previously, National Landscape Day 2022 was celebrated at Taman Bandar Ekoflora, Johor Bahru with the theme ’25 Years of the Most Beautiful Park Nation’.
