There will be a blood donation drive on April 8 (Saturday) at Ipoh Parade, from 11 am to 4 pm.
Organised by Prime Academy Malaysia Berhad in conjunction with Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun as part of a campaign for blood donation, those interested in donating should remember to bring along their ID Card.
It is also reminded that donors should be between 18 to 65 years of age; have not taken any medication prior to donating; have sufficient sleep; are not on their period (for women) and have not taken any alcohol prior to donating.
Donors are also advised to have their breakfast or lunch prior to donating.
While there, there will also be a booth by the Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF), which is an NGO which fosters peace and other benevolent human qualities. Those interested can enquire while there.
