The Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) Perak Branch hosted a New Members Induction and Get-Together Function at the MICCI Perak Branch Office.
The event was organised to welcome their new members: Asian Metal Mining Consultancy Sdn Bhd, Billion Dragon Enterprise, Kee Ming Electrical Sdn Bhd, Nihon Superior (M) Sdn Bhd, Premier Life Planning, Regatta Residences Sdn Bhd and Sew Cheong Corporation Sdn Bhd.
The function began with a welcome speech by the branch chairman, Mr. Chavériat who had just arrived back from Germany. He briefly introduced the new members to the guests and presented Membership Certificates to the directors of the respective companies.
The new members and invited guests enjoyed networking over a food tasting session sponsored by V Life Sdn Bhd.
MICCI traces its history from the The Penang Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture in 1837. Following the amalgamation with the Selangor Chamber of Commerce (established in 1907) and the Perak Chamber of Commerce (established in 1911), the Chamber has been renamed to Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) in 1975.
MICCI aims to facilitate and support members in their goals to successfully develop their business in Malaysia. MICCI engages with state and federal governments to continue to ensure the development and implementation of a robust regulatory framework, which is conducive to a healthy business environment.
