This scattered pile of garbage was spotted around 11 am today at Jalan Pegoh, Taman Pengkalan Jaya, 31650 Ipoh, Perak. Right across the road from the Speedmart 99 and a little ways in front of al-Furqan Mosque.
The joke is that of all the places to litter, the garbage was specifically dumped right by the signage that says no littering.
Ironically, there is a dumpsite not more than a 3-5 minute walk from there, where the local wet market throws their garbage.
