In a heart-warming display of support and camaraderie, VoxPop Choir by KLSINGS, led by the talented Cheryl Teh, recently hosted a delightful high-tea charity event in support of the Perak Women for Women Society (PWW). The event, held at the enchanting venue of Indulgence, brought together a vibrant community, with attendees dressed in the theme of “Bright Beautiful Blossoms.” The ambiance was set for an unforgettable afternoon of music and compassion.

Amidst the elegant surroundings, the highlight of the event was the captivating sing-along session led by Cheryl Teh and the VoxPop Choir. Their harmonious voices filled the venue and resonated throughout, in perfect unison. Attendees enthusiastically joined in, singing popular crowd-pleasers and feel-good songs such as “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star,” “What a Wonderful World,” and the ever-beloved “Rasa Sayang Eh!” to name a few.
The high tea affair was a feast for both the palate and the soul. Guests indulged in a delectable spread of culinary delights, ranging from savoury mini pizzas to scrumptious scones with butter & jam, crispy fried chicken drumettes, delectable mini brownies, and freshly brewed coffee and tea that flowed throughout the event.

Beyond the delightful melodies and mouth-watering treats, the purpose of the event was to raise awareness and support for PWW. Perak Women for Women Society is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to defending women’s rights, promoting gender equality, and providing vital counselling and support to women and children affected by violence. Their tireless efforts empower women and foster positive change within society.
This Charity event under the inspiring leadership of Cheryl Teh, was a resounding success. It showcased the power of music, unity, and compassion, leaving a lasting impact on both the attendees and the invaluable work of Perak Women for Women Society.
