Overwhelming response for affordable homes at Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, Ipoh
IPOH: Bandar Baru Sri Klebang was abuzz with excitement as over a hundred potential buyers gathered at the master planned township here in hopes of securing the last of its 35 affordable homes from RM299,900.
It was a nail-biting moment for the interested buyers of Lily double-storey link homes as names picked from a Bingo wheel were announced one by one during a special draw held by Kinta Properties on Saturday, 18 November 2023.
Among those who emerged triumphant was 35-year-old immigration officer Mohd Azri bin Anuer.
“Alhamdulillah, we are so happy and excited! It was really a surprise to get the lot we wanted, which is going to be our first home!” added Mohd Azri, whose name was the last to be drawn and announced.
Kinta Properties Sales Manager Karen Wong said Lily had attracted overwhelming response from potential homebuyers due to its affordable price tag from RM299,900 onwards and spacious lot size of 22’x75’.
