Cactus Mineral Water Bottles to Showcase Perak’s Tourist Attractions

Taiping – In a collaborative effort between beverage company Chuan Sin Sdn. Bhd. (CSSB) and Tourism Perak, approximately 7 million cartons of Cactus mineral water bottles will feature images of 11 captivating tourist destinations in Perak as part of an initiative to promote Visit Perak Year 2024.

The collaboration highlights iconic sites such as Kellie’s Castle, Gua Tempurung, Ipoh Railway Station, Istana Iskandariah in Kuala Kangsar, the Leaning Tower of Teluk Intan and Pulau Giam in Pangkor Island.

Other showcased locations include Royal Belum, the Tanjung Tualang Tin Dredge Ship, White Water Rafting in Gopeng, Taiping Zoo, and Spritzer EcoPark.

The partnership agreement was sealed between Tourism Perak’s Chief Executive Officer, Nurmalis Musa, CSSB’s Director, Dr. Chuah Chaw Teo, and witnessed by the Chairman of the Tourism, Investment, Industry, and Corridor Development Committee of the Perak State, Loh Sze Yee.

According to Sze Yee, this strategic collaboration will effectively promote Perak’s tourist destinations, given that CSSB is the largest mineral water producer in Malaysia.

“With unwavering support from Cactus, natural mineral water beloved by the people, we can showcase Perak’s tourist destinations throughout the country. From a tourism perspective, Tourism Perak is proud that CSSB will launch exclusive packaging featuring 11 iconic tourist attractions in the state,” he remarked.

Established in Taiping in 1989, the facility spans 400 acres surrounded by natural forests. Additionally, the water bottling operations in this plant utilizes fully modern machinery, adhering to international standards.
