IPOH: The public, especially traders, are advised to be cautious and not fall for messages circulated via WhatsApp regarding free participation in FAMA Fest 2025 @ Perak.
This is because the message is false and was not issued by the Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA).
FAMA Fest 2025 is scheduled to take place from May 29 to June 2 at RTC Gopeng.
In a statement, FAMA clarified that the selection process for participants in FAMA Fest 2025 has not yet been finalized.
All participation is subject to approval by the organizers based on established criteria.
“The public is advised not to be influenced by or make any commitments based on this unauthorized information.
“All official information will only be shared through FAMA Perak’s official social media or through verified announcements by the agency,” the statement said.
FAMA will not be held responsible for any losses or misunderstandings arising from the spread of false information.
