IPOH: Residents around Pulai Height and Bandar Siber can now breathe a sigh of relief after their complaints about stagnant water issues at Persiaran Lapangan Siber 3 were addressed.

This follows repair work carried out by the Ipoh City Council (MBI) through an appointed contractor.

The matter was shared by Gopeng Member of Parliament, Tan Kar Hing, via his official Facebook page.

According to Kar Hing, the issue of the damaged road and water stagnation at Persiaran Lapangan Siber 3 has now been fully resolved.

“We want to inform the residents of Pulai Height and Bandar Siber that the issue was given proper attention.

“After receiving complaints, the Gopeng MP’s Office and the Simpang Pulai State Assemblyman’s office conducted an inspection with MBI, and several actions were taken,” he said.

The works included the construction of a new drain to channel water into the adjacent drainage system.

This was followed by re-paving the damaged road to ensure a safer and smoother driving surface.

Kar Hing also expressed his gratitude to all parties involved in resolving the issue, particularly MBI, the City Council members, and the contractor for their efficient work.
