An Opportunity for the People to Be Heard

By Zaki Salleh

IPOH: The Perak State Government’s Customer Day Engagement Program returns, offering citizens a valuable chance to voice their concerns, including local community issues.

This edition of the program will take place on Monday, 21 July 2025, at Stadium Indera Mulia, Ipoh, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The initiative aims to bring the state government closer to the people, providing a platform for the public to express their views, ideas, and challenges directly to the relevant departments and agencies.

This approach supports efforts to find more efficient and people-friendly solutions.

In addition, several side events will be held, such as Rahmah sales and exhibitions by various government agencies, including the Health Department, Fire and Rescue Department, and the Women’s Development Secretariat.

Mobile service counters will also be available from agencies such as the Ipoh City Council, Road Transport Department (JPJ), Perak Islamic Religious Council, and the Kinta District and Land Office.

The program is open to all and free of charge, with a variety of engaging activities suitable for all age groups.

This initiative also reflects the state government’s commitment to strengthening ties between government agencies and the people, ensuring that every voice is heard and given due priority.
