12 Stray Dogs Caught Following Community Complaints

BATU GAJAH: A total of 12 stray dogs were caught across seven locations around Batu Gajah following complaints from the local community regarding disturbances caused by the animals.

In a statement, the Batu Gajah District Council said the seven locations included Taman Kinta Perdana, Jalan Pandak Akhat, Kampung Merawan Indah, Bandar Tasek Idaman, Taman Pusing Delima, Pusing Perdana, and Ara Payung.

“This action was taken due to the high number of complaints from the community concerning stray dogs that pose a threat to public safety and peace.

“The Batu Gajah District Council will continue to carry out monitoring and follow-up actions to ensure the environment remains safe and harmonious.

“Thank you to all residents who provided information and cooperation. Any complaints can be made via the link perak.spab.gov.my,” the statement read on Monday.
