As well as mammograms, HPV DNA testing, diabetes and body mass index (BMI) checks, dental check-up, as well as vision and hearing tests. There was also a blood donation and environmental awareness program, among others.

At the event were Ipoh Timor MP, YB Howard Lee and Pasir Pinji State Assemblyman (ADUN) YB Goh See Hua.
Howard Lee said that the purpose of such events is to make health screenings more accessible to the public and to strengthen awareness of self-care.
“Prevention is better than cure. We hope that through these activities, more residents can detect potential health problems early and receive proper medical follow-up,” he said.
Goh See Hua noted that the event was funded with RM10,000 as allocated by Howard Lee, and had the support of various partners, including the Lions Club of Ipoh Riverview, Goodwill Dental, Pantai Hospital, S.L. Chan Optometrist and Pure Sound Tech Enterprise.
He expressed gratitude to all participating organisations for their support and services, which ensured the success of the event and enabled the local residents to receive free health checks, thereby raising health awareness in the community.
