BERUAS: A variety of community programs were held during the Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) Carnival organized by the Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM) at SMK Raja Shahriman, Beruas.
The carnival featured three main components: the Medical Civil Action Program (MEDCAP), Dental Civil Action Program (DENCAP), and Engineering Civil Action Program (ENCAP).
This initiative aimed to raise awareness about the roles and responsibilities of the Navy, the Royal Medical Corps, and the public in strengthening national defense.
The event also involved various government agencies and the local community from the Manjung District.
Health screening booths were set up to provide free services such as general health checks, specialist consultations, dental and eye exams, women’s health clinics, physiotherapy, and mobile pharmacy services.
The program was further enlivened by social activities including aerobics, a fun run, and a children’s coloring contest.
