IPOH, March 3 — History and museum enthusiasts can look forward to a unique Ramadan experience as Muzium Darul Ridzuan here hosts a special programme, Cahaya Ramadan, offering the public an opportunity to celebrate the holy month within the museum grounds.

The three-day programme will take place from March 6 to 8 (Friday to Sunday), from 6 pm until midnight.

Visitors can expect a range of engaging activities catering to people from all walks of life.

Members of the public will also have the opportunity to break their fast with family and friends in the beautifully illuminated museum compound.

To further enliven the event, a Pop-Up Market concept will feature various stalls offering a selection of iftar dishes, beverages and local products.

Among the highlights is a short tazkirah session filled with spiritual messages, allowing visitors to reflect on the meaning of Ramadan in a relaxed and meaningful setting.

A special performance by Nafas Band is also expected to be a key attraction in the evening.

The programme aims not only to enliven Ramadan celebrations but also to encourage the community to engage with heritage institutions in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere.

The public is invited to attend Cahaya Ramadan and create cherished memories in a setting filled with light, harmony and blessings.
