By Zaki Salleh

SUNGAI SIPUT: Despite being occupied with responsibilities and duties to patients, MK Ambulance took the opportunity to reach out to the community.

Like a return to one’s roots, the founder and director of My Healthcare Services, Mazhar Khadir, together with his team, returned to Sungai Siput.

As a local-born, Mazhar felt a sense of responsibility to assist the community in need there, especially with Aidilfitri approaching.

A total of 10 underprivileged families around Sungai Siput were selected to receive food box contributions from MK Ambulance.

The programme is part of MK Ambulance’s welfare initiative, reflecting its commitment to continuously engage with the community, particularly those in need of assistance.

According to Mazhar, the programme was carried out מתוך a sense of responsibility as a local who cares deeply about the Sungai Siput community.

“Although MK Ambulance operates mostly in Ipoh, I have never forgotten those in need in Sungai Siput,” he said when met during the programme.

He also expressed hope that the contributions would help brighten the recipients’ preparations for Syawal and provide some relief.

Recipients, meanwhile, expressed gratitude and appreciation for the concern shown, describing the assistance as meaningful in helping them prepare for Aidilfitri.
