IPOH – Hotel Casuarina@Meru today launched Casuarina Rewards, a customer loyalty programme introduced as a token of appreciation for customers’ continued support and trust since the hotel began operations in Bandar Meru Raya in 2013.
The launch ceremony, held at Casuarina Convention Centre 2, was officiated by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Casuarina Meru Sdn. Bhd., Dato’ Mohd Azhar Jamaluddin.
The programme allows members to earn reward points through eligible transactions, including accommodation, event bookings and selected promotional offers.
Accumulated points can be redeemed for various rewards, including complimentary stays, food and beverage vouchers and hotel products.
Casuarina Rewards offers three membership tiers, namely Silver, Gold and Platinum, based on customers’ level of loyalty.
All members will begin with Silver status and have the opportunity to be automatically upgraded upon reaching the stipulated reward points.
Mohd Azhar said the programme was not merely a customer loyalty platform but also a strategic initiative to strengthen long-term relationships with customers.
He said Casuarina Rewards was also part of the company’s strategic transformation agenda through the use of digitalisation to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
He added that the initiative was in line with the Board of Directors’ aspiration to position Hotel Casuarina@Meru as a hospitality brand focused on innovation and service excellence.
Interested customers can join the programme for free by obtaining a registration form from the Hotel Casuarina@Meru sales team.
Upon verification, members will receive a confirmation email containing their account details before enjoying the membership benefits and earning reward points.
