The Senior Citizen’s Club of Perak (SCCP) held a celebratory gathering at their clubhouse in conjunction with International Day of Older Persons. This United Nations initiative which was established in 1990, is normally celebrated on 1 October, but the SCCP committee have decided to host the event earlier this year, for the sake of convenience and bringing the community together.
A total of 52 members gathered at the clubhouse for an afternoon of companionship and celebration, concluding an event of warmth and cheer.
