BERUAS – Lata Ulu Licin in Beruas has unveiled a new look following the development of the National River Trail by the Manjung Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID).
The project aims to enhance the beauty of the recreational area while providing a more attractive, comfortable and tranquil environment for visitors.

The trail along the riverbank allows visitors to enjoy the natural surroundings and lush greenery of the landscape.
The initiative is also expected to boost Lata Ulu Licin’s appeal as a local recreational and tourism destination.

The cooperation of the Perak State Forestry Department, which provided the site for the trail development, also played an important role in ensuring the project’s success.
The collaboration between the two government agencies demonstrates how coordinated efforts can deliver facilities that benefit the community.

The development also has the potential to create economic opportunities for residents through increased tourist arrivals.
Visitors are, however, urged to maintain cleanliness, preserve the landscape and use the facilities responsibly.
They are also reminded to refrain from vandalism to ensure the recreational area’s natural beauty is preserved.
Lata Ulu Licin is expected to remain a preferred destination for residents of Beruas and visitors from across Perak and beyond to enjoy its natural beauty.
