Three categories are open for participants: 90 kilometres (km), 60 km and the 20 km Fun Ride.

First introduced in 2024 to commemorate Taiping’s 150th anniversary, the event aims to promote a healthy lifestyle while strengthening international friendship.
The cycling routes will also allow participants to enjoy Taiping’s natural beauty and historical landmarks, including Taiping Lake Gardens, the Clock Tower, Perak Museum and Port Weld.
Meanwhile, several roads around the Taiping Municipal Council (MPT) Hall will be closed in stages on October 24 and 25 to facilitate the event.
The first closure will affect the road between MPT Hall and Public Bank, from 5pm on Saturday until noon on Sunday.
The road between MPT Hall and Singer Electrical Shop will also be closed from 11pm on Saturday until noon on Sunday.
Members of the public are advised to plan their journeys, follow instructions from the authorities and use alternative routes during the event, which will start and finish at Dataran Warisan Taiping.
