Property Woes No More

Some 40 resident representatives from all over the state received property deeds, Form 5A  (government approvals) and offer letters in a ceremony held at the state secretariat building today (December 4).

According to Menteri Besar of Perak, Dato’ Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu, the presentation is an initiative to execute social justice to those who’ve been awaiting property ownership for years.

“With these documents, generations to come will have a guaranteed future, apart from enabling small-scale farmers with livestock to operate legitimately,” he told reporters after the presentation ceremony.

Present were MB’s wife, Datin Seri Nomee Ashikin Mohamed Radzi and in place of more than 600 citizens, 40 resident representatives from Kinta, Kerian, Pengkalan Hulu and Kampar districts.
