TAIPING: The nation’s aviation heritage site, Tekah Airport, is set to shine once again with the return of the Taiping Air Festival 2.0, taking place from July 31 to August 3, 2025.

With the theme ‘Leading Innovation, Honoring Tradition,’ the festival is more than just a community celebration — it is a manifestation of the continuity of Malaysia’s aviation history and technological progress.
Admission is free, making it an ideal destination for families and aviation enthusiasts alike.
In addition to exhibitions, a variety of side events will be held, including a Premier Forum and family entertainment stage featuring invited artists.
One of the most anticipated highlights is the fly-in performance by Cessna planes and helicopters, which will land live at Tekah.
Visitors will get the chance to witness the power of these aircraft in action and experience the pulse of the aviation world up close.
Also not to be missed are aerial demonstrations by microlights, paramotors, and aircraft spot landing displays, as well as coloring activities, interactive educational booths, and traditional games.
