Ipoh Parade Merdeka Colouring Contest 2025
Inviting children aged 4 to 12 to celebrate National Day with creativity

In conjunction with the upcoming National Day 2025, Ipoh Parade will be hosting the Merdeka Colouring Contest 2025 on Sunday, 24 August, inviting children to express their love and blessings for the nation through creativity and colours.
Open to children aged 4 to 12 years old, the competition is free to join and will be divided into three categories:
- Category A (4 – 6 years old): 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Category B (7 – 9 years old): 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- Category C (10 – 12 years old): 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Prize presentations will take place at 1:00 PM for Category A, and 6:00 PM for Categories B and C. Attractive prizes worth a total of over RM10,000 will be awarded across all categories, as follows:
- Champion: RM500 worth of prizes
- 1st Runner-Up: RM300 worth of prizes
- 2nd Runner-Up: RM200 worth of prizes
- Consolation Prizes: RM100 worth of prizes each (20 winners)
Jointly organised with World of Colours, the event is supported by generous sponsors including Ebony Guitar Music House, Hush Puppies, Parkson, Sylvanian Families, MacGician, My Home One, Popular, Y2 Cam, D.O.R, A&W, Ilike& Yogurt in a Can, ZUS Coffee, and Starbucks.
Registration closes at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, 20 August 2025. All participants must register online in advance and check in at the venue one hour before their category starts.
