

Kampar – On 13 August, Westlake International School successfully organised an engaging and interactive English workshop titled “English the Westlake Way!” at SJK(C) Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands, receiving an enthusiastic response from both teachers and students.
The workshop was jointly conducted by Teacher Nicholas and Teacher Lila, focusing on core language skills such as vocabulary building, sentence construction techniques, and the past tense grammar structure. It also featured the much loved English Scavenger Hunt, which used fun and light hearted activities to strengthen students’ practical English skills and ignite their passion for learning.


The event was planned and coordinated by Ms Coco Lau, ensuring a smooth and well structured programme.Assistant Head, Mr Lucas Liew provided valuable behind-the-scenes support and also served as the award presenter.
Special thanks were extended to Headmistress Puan Chang Poh Ling for her strong support and for presenting prizes to outstanding participants, as well as receiving certificates on behalf of the school to encourage students to continue striving in their English learning journey.
