Meru Valley Golf & Country Club had been selected as the host venue for the 13th Karnival Sukan Badan Berkanun Malaysia (SUKANUN) golf event. The biennial tournament was organised by Persatuan Badan Berkanun Malaysia (PBBM) with the goal of fostering stronger ties and camaraderie between government agencies through sports and saw 173 players from various government bodies.
The players competed in a challenging strokeplay format, creating a competitive yet collegial atmosphere. The event highlighted both technical skill and sportsmanship, with participants showcasing determination across all rounds.


Meru Valley’s championship golf course was praised for its pristine condition, demanding layout, and scenic environment.
The winners across three categories were as such:
For the team category of nett scoring, first place went to BSN with a score of 327, second place went to LHDNM with a score of 329 and third place went to UITM with a score of 332.
For the overall winner, the champion was Majlis Perbandaran Selayang with 2 gold, first runner up was LHDNM with 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze, and BSN with 1 gold and 1 bronze.


The tournament concluded with a Dinner and Prize-Giving Ceremony at The Dome Restaurant, Meru Valley Resort, where guests enjoyed the exquisite cuisine, refined atmosphere, and attentive service; reflecting the resort’s hospitality standards.
