In conjunction with World Stroke Day, the National Stroke Association of Malaysia (NASAM) are organising a recreational walking event called the ‘NASAM Perak Colour Walk 2025’, which will take place on 26 October, starting from 6.30 am until 10.30 am, at Padang Sultan Abdul Aziz @ Padang Polo Ipoh, Perak.

The purpose of this event, which is expected to draw 450 participants, is to create awareness about stroke and to raise funds to support the stroke survivors at NASAM, which they call ‘Champions’.
NASAM is a service organization dedicated to therapeutic rehabilitation of stroke survivors while helping their caregivers or families with supportive advice, genuine care and meaningful counselling. Stroke disables but NASAM believes that there is “Life after Stroke”. NASAM offers the lifeline of a fair chance for stroke victims to regain control over their lives and return to normalcy, within the medical limits of their sudden physical disability.
As a non-profit organization, NASAM Perak needs the kind support of the public. Kindly refer to the posters below for further information on the upcoming event.

For any additional queries regarding the event, kindly contact NASAM at 05-2460896 or directly contact the Physiotherapist in-Charge, Mr. P. Prasantha Rao at 010-2682425 or his email at rao_pt@nasam.org
