IPOH: Property management company CCI Realty Sdn Bhd (CCI Realty) has expanded its operations with the opening of a new branch in Perak, located at the Jelapang Commercial Centre, Meru.
This marks the company’s fifth branch nationwide.


CCI Realty Sdn Bhd is a Bumiputera-owned property management company that currently has nearly 1,000 property consultants across the country.
In addition, the company is supported by four professional real estate agents who oversee all property-related matters.
The opening ceremony was officiated by the Director of the Perak State Entrepreneur Secretariat (STeP), Mohamad Rozlan Mohamad Razalli.


Also present were the owner and Director of CCI Realty, Saiful Hafiz Ismail, along with the company’s top management team.
In his speech, Mohamad Rozlan emphasized the agency’s role as a coordinator and monitor of Perak’s state entrepreneurship policies.
He also reaffirmed STeP’s commitment to supporting efforts to increase the number of Bumiputera entrepreneurs in the state.
The opening of the new branch is expected to create more employment opportunities for the people of Perak.
This initiative aligns with the Economic Prosperity pillar under the Perak Sejahtera 2030 Plan, which aims to create a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem.
