IPOH: As in previous years, the MB Inc. Perak Employees Club (Cresters) continued its tradition of reaching out to frontliners through the Santun Sahur Programme.
Members went to the ground to distribute food packs to police personnel, firefighters, hospital staff and other frontline workers on duty.
The homeless community was also included in the outreach as a gesture of care and compassion.
Areas covered in the programme included Ipoh, Meru, Manjoi, Jelapang and Chemor.
The Santun Sahur Programme reflects MB Inc. Perak’s corporate concern, translated through a proactive and comprehensive approach.
Also present were MB Inc. Perak’s Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Anuar Zainal Abidin, members of the senior management team, and staff of MB Inc. Perak.
The meaningful initiative, which has been carried out for the past eight years, demonstrates MB Inc. Perak’s continuous commitment to compassion and corporate social responsibility.
The small contribution is also hoped to help ease the burden of those in need.
