Dip your legs and feel the tingling yet relaxing sensation of exotic Garra Rufa fish. Garra rufa, the red garra (although it is also called doctor fish, and nibble fish) is a small species of cyprinid fish that is native to rivers, streams, ponds and lakes in Anatolia and the West Asian regions. Since the early 21st century, Garra rufa have been integrated into a spa treatment where they feed on the stratum corneum skin layer of patients with psoriasis. This therapy is a natural form of exfoliation and relaxation, eliminating dead skin cells and rejuvenating the skin.

The bar serves refreshing signature cocktails and beverages with fine and delightful light bites, giving you the best hints for an unforgettable experience.

Prawn Lollipop – beer battered Tiger prawns on sticks, with dipping sauce of Harissa mayo, were crisp on the outside and fresh and firm on the inside.
Assorted sea salt Macaroons, four luscious bonbon(s) each with its own filling from foie gras mousse with porto confit onions puree;apricot jam; caramelized kaya and truffle honey.
The piece de resistance appeared as the Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Kushiyaki. Glazed with unagi sauce and grilled on charcoal, it was served on its own Hibachi or Japanese charcoal grill. Well marbled, juicy and tender, infused with the fragrance of leeks grilled alongside the beef chunks.

In an 8-course dinner featuring delicacies like fine claire oyster topped with osetra caviar; raw Hamachi or yellowtail Japanese Kingfish topped with kristal caviar; a lavish roasted cauliflower soup with Hokkaido scallop, sevruga caviar and 23k edible gold leaf; homemade uni (sea urchin) pasta with sea urchin butter, fresh sea urchin, beluga caviar and Italian imported shaved bottarga (mullet eggs-equally rare); and even a GELÉE DE CHAMPAGNE ET CAVIAR, jelly of champagne palmer brut champagne with osetra caviar. International Recognition For Local Team
Chef Boon was a sous chef in SHANGRI-LA Hotel Singapore in 2005 for 10 years, then he moved to Traders Hotel Johor in the position of Chef De Cuisine. Later he returned to Ipoh in the position of Executive Sous Chef at WEIL Hotel and he is now the Executive Chef at The Banjaran. The organic garden in The Banjaran is named after him ‘Chef Boon’s Organic Garden’. He plans for what’s to be planted, considering the season, weather and also types of upcoming events.
