No Aedes, No Dengue

In view of the Hari Raya Haji celebration, the Ministry of Health (MOH) urged the public to clean their house surroundings before travelling to return to their kampongs.

“A house without stagnant water sources like an empty flower pot, or unclogged drains, are able to prevent breeding grounds for Aedes mosquitoes,” they said in a Facebook statement today on July 30.

“Once returning, it is advisable to spray mosquito aerosol inside the house before entering,” MOH added.

“Remember, no Aedes, no dengue,” they reminded.
