All Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) departments and agencies in the state will be closed on Saturday (November 14), in conjunction with the Deepavali celebration.
According to Ipoh City Council (MBI), this was announced by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia today.
Perak UTCs will reopen to the public on Sunday (November 15).
