Effective February 16, the previous restriction of movement exceeding a 10km radius is lifted while the ban on inter-state and inter-district travels remains.
According to Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, Senior Minister (Security Cluster) via live media conference today (February 16), this applies to all areas including those placed under MCO.
In areas under MCO, only 2 people are allowed per vehicle. In areas under CMCO and RMCO, the passenger capacity permitted is according to the number of seats in the vehicle.
