Mimbar Nusantara Homes Offers Lowest Residential Property Price in Perak

Executive Councillor for Housing, Local Government and Tourism, Dato’ Nolee Ashilin Mohamed Radzi highlighted that the D’ Nusa Kayangan project under the Rumah Perakku scheme could help the B40 and M40 community have their own home.

Providing the targeted groups an opportunity to own a low-cost and affordable home is in line with the government’s goal to prioritise the people’s welfare and wellbeing. 

“D’ Nusa Kayangan is a collaborative project between the Perak Housing and Property Board (LPHP) as the land owner and Mimbar Nusantara Homes as the housing developer.

“The housing project located at Tanah Hitam near Pekan Chemor is the first for the Tambun parliament and is expected to be completed in two years.

“The development is divided into 3 phases on a 48-acre land, the first phase consisting of the low-cost Perakku 1 totalling 74 units, affordable single-storey terrace house of 98 units and double-storey terrace house of 31 units,” she told the media after a pre-launch ceremony of the D’Nusa Kayangan Chemor housing project at MH Hotel yesterday (April 10).

Meanwhile, the CEO of Mimbar Nusantara Homes Sdn Bhd, Nazrin Cheong Abdullah stated that the residential property price offered by the company is the lowest compared to the rates of other developers presently.

“Perakku D’ Nusa Kayangan housing project offers prices from RM178,000 a unit for a single-storey terrace house. On the other hand, the price of a double-storey terrace house begins from RM298,000.

“A total of 73% of registration of purchase was made for 203 units under phase one which is currently being developed. This is a positive and encouraging progress,” he added.

During the ceremony, Nazrin also presented a contribution of RM1,000 and a box of dates for five mosques around Ipoh in conjunction with the upcoming Ramadan month.
