A Paradise of Nostalgic Favourites

Experience a buffet dinner with a bazaar-like atmosphere as multiple live-cooking stalls serve nostalgic favourites throughout the month of Ramadan at The Coffee House of Impiana Hotel Ipoh.

The signatures include nasi mandy rusa (fragrant rice served with venison), rendang tok istimewa (braised beef short ribs), ikan patin tempoyak (catfish cooked with fermented durian), ikan tenggiri assam pedas (mackerel in spicy and sour gravy), gulai kawah daging batang pisang (banana stem curry with beef), kambing golek (roasted lamb), ayam percik tebu bakar (roasted spiced chicken), rendang ayam (dry chicken curry), lemang (coconut sticky rice), serunding ayam (chicken floss), serunding daging (beef floss), kari kepala ikan utara (northern fish head curry), roti John (omelette sandwich), various kerabu (spicy salad), ulam (fresh herb salad), fritters and fried noodles.

For desserts, one is spoiled for choice as traditional dodol (toffee-like sweet and sticky dish), apam balik (pancake), ice cream Malaysia (ice lolly in long narrow bags), bahulu (mini egg sponge cake), freshly-sliced seasonal fruits, cendol (iced dessert), bubur gandum (wheat porridge), bubur pulut hitam (black glutinous rice porridge), fruit flans, various eclairs, cakes, kuih (traditional cakes), cream puffs, puddings, french pastries and tartlets are available.

To liven the place up, the dining experience also features live performance by the music band, Arjuna Desa.

Operating with strict adherence to the health and safety standard operating procedures, disposable hand gloves are provided for diners. The seating capacity of the dining area is 250 people. Prayer facilities are available while parking spots are aplenty.

The sumptuous spread is priced at RM78 nett per adult and RM58 nett per child or senior citizen. Presently till April 18, diners get to enjoy 25% off, while beginning April 19 till May 12, there will be a buy-9-free-1 promotion. Plus, HSBC card holders will be entitled to 10% off from April 19.

For convenience, Impiana Hotel Ipoh also introduces a takeaway menu where one can order via WhatsApp and then pick up the ordered items at the hotel lobby via drive-thru.
