BOND SUITES Sale and Purchase Agreement Worth RM11.5 Million Signed

Property Developer Bond Holdings Sdn Bhd signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement for the BOND SUITES property with Konsortium Koperasi Komoditi Ukwah Berhad (KKKUB) worth RM11.5 million, yesterday (September 30).

The ceremony was witnessed by the Ipoh City Mayor Dato’ Rumaizi bin Baharin @ Md Daud. Also in attendance were the Chief Executive Officer of Bond Holdings Sdn Bhd, Ong Teng Boon and President of KKKUB, Datuk Seri Dr. Hj Mustapha Kamal Maulut.

In a statement to Peraktastic, KKKUB expressed confidence that BOND SUITES is the right choice due to its location in Ipoh City Center and above the Ipoh International Convention Center (IICC).

“With an investment value of RM11.5 million, KKKUB is sure that BOND SUITES is the right choice for us.

“Besides that, its location is surrounded by banking facilities, shopping malls, and the Sultan Azlan Shah Airport, besides being near transportation stations including the Railway Station,” Datuk Seri Dr. Hj Mustapha said.

He added that  BOND SUITES is also close to tourist attractions for both local and international visitors who would be awed by the beautiful view of the limestone hills that are abundant in Ipoh.

Meanwhile, Ong said that the company believes that through the cooperation of such sale and purchase agreements, the cooperative relationship between the parties involved can further be strengthened.
