Police Ask For The Public’s Help In Finding Missing Teenage Girl

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old teenage girl from Tambun who was reported missing.

Ipoh District Police Chief, ACP Yahaya Hassan said, the teenager is known as Nur Hidayah Mat Nurddin and her address is Lot 475, Kampung Tersusun Batu 5, Lorong Delima 3/2, Tambun.

He said that the teenager is thin and has fair skin. The last time the victim was seen was at her home on August 19, when it was understood that she was going out to buy drinks at a shop, but she did not come home and had already disappeared for three weeks.

“According to her grandmother, she told her grandmother that she wanted to go out to buy drinks but until now, has not come back.

“It is also said that she went out alone, and this teenager lives with her family including her grandmother in Tambun,” he said in a statement on Tuesday.

It is also understood that family members of the teenager had tried contacting her, but it was found that her phone number was no longer active.

He said the teenager’s mother filed a police report regarding the disappearance of her daughter on August 21.

He said that anyone who finds or has any information about the individual can report it to the police.
