The potholes in the back lane near Lebuh Perajurit 3, have finally been patched up for use by road users.
Council Member, Ipoh City Council (MBI), Prof. Dr Richard Ng said that the road patching work was done by the Puncak Emas contractor.
“This morning I went to the field to monitor pothole patching work by the Puncak Emas contractor in the back lane near Lebuh Perajurit 3.
“This is due to a complaint I made two days ago. The road patching work took 2 hours, which started at 10am.
“Thank you Puncak Emas for helping resolve this complaint so quickly,” he said in a post on Facebook today.
In the meantime, Richard said it was also his last responsibility as a Councilor since his term of service will end in the middle of this month.
He also expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all those who have helped him so far, but at the same time, insisting that he will continue to serve the community from now on.
“This is one of my last responsibilities as a Council Member since being appointed on 1 May 2020 until 15 February 2023.
“I am very thankful and grateful for being able to use this appointment to help the community in need, may Ipoh continue to prosper,” he said.
