BAKE & TAKE

Neighbourhood Pâtisserie

by Anne Das

As the world starts spinning again with endless to do lists and appointments to keep, it can be hard to find the time to bake a cake or make a dessert at home. Besides, who needs to do that when we have a great local bakery to turn to?

While this patisserie is open to the public, it also serves as a real-life industry training ground for students from Shen Jai  Education Group. Situated within the premises of their college, Take & Bake provides training, services, and commercial facilities to students and public alike.
