Mimbar Nusantara, Mydin Meru distributed 2,000 bubur lambuk

IPOH – A total of 2,000 containers of bubur lambuk were distributed to the public at the Bubur Lambuk Distribution Program on the grounds of the Mydin Meru supermarket here yesterday.

This program was made possible jointly between the local real estate development company, Mimbar Nusantara Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Mimbar Nusantara) in collaboration with Mydin Malaysia.

It is a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program in conjunction with celebrating the Nuzul Quran in this month of Ramadan.

The Managing Director of Mimbar Nusantara, Nazrin Cheong Abdullah thanked the Mydin Meru supermarket for their cooperation.

“A total of almost 50 people are involved, 15 of whom cook and pack while the rest distribute this bubur lambuk

“The distribution of bubur lambuk is also a form of charity, especially in the month of Ramadan. Hopefully, our sustenance and health will always be blessed,” he said.

Meanwhile, Mydin Meru Raya Branch Manager, Saravanan Harmizaram said, the program is very good, especially in reaching out to the community.

“I saw the close cooperation between the employees of the two companies while distributing 2,000 bubur lambuk.

“Previously, Mimbar Nusantara and Mydin Meru group companies have successfully collaborated on several CSR programs to help the less fortunate,” he said.
