‘MESRA Hari Bertemu Pelanggan’ program successfully resolved public issues

IPOH: A total of 1,013 out of 1,121 complaints received from various state government agencies through the ‘MESRA Hari Bertemu Pelanggan’ have been resolved.

The remaining 108 complaints are still under review to find a solution. Since the introduction of this program, it has been conducted for a total of 8 series.

In the latest 9th series held yesterday, 187 new complaints were received.

A total of 69 customer service counters, including department heads and state agencies, were present along with the Menteri Besar Perak, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad, and the Exco team.

During this MESRA event, Saarani also launched the State-Level Innovation Month for Perak.

This launch symbolizes the beginning of the State-Level Innovation Celebration for Perak, scheduled to take place on November 1st.

Various activities have been arranged to boost the innovation agenda at the state level, involving civil servants, school students, and local communities.

Also held at the event was the presentation of the Perak Entrepreneur Grant (GeRAK) and the Grant for the Development and Improvement of Packaging Design for Perak Entrepreneurs in 2023.

GeRAK is a free grant in the form of equipment and non-equipment to assist entrepreneurs in enhancing productivity.
